PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THEY INCLUDE A BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, A CLASS-ACTION WAIVER, AND A JURY-TRIAL WAIVER. YOU MAY OPT OUT OF ARBITRATION WITHIN 30 DAYS AS EXPLAINED BELOW.
BY SELECTING “I AGREE,” CREATING AN ACCOUNT, OR USING EDYOU, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT CREATE AN ACCOUNT OR USE EDYOU.
1.Acceptance and Related Policies
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and EDYOU LLC (“EDYOU,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern the EDYOU iOS application and any EDYOU website or support page that links to these Terms (collectively, the “Service”).
Your use of the Service is also subject to the EDYOU Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Copyright/DMCA Policy, Nonconsensual Intimate Imagery and TAKE IT DOWN Act Policy, and other rules presented to you in connection with the Service. Those policies are incorporated into these Terms. If there is a direct conflict, these Terms control unless another policy expressly states otherwise.
You may accept these Terms only for yourself. You may not create an account for another person or accept these Terms on another person’s behalf. EDYOU records acceptance of applicable legal documents, including the version accepted and the date and time of acceptance. EDYOU may require renewed affirmative acceptance of materially updated Terms before continued use.
2.Who We Are and How to Contact Us
EDYOU is operated by EDYOU LLC.
Business and legal-notice address: 399 West Neck Road, Lloyd Harbor, New York 11742.
General support, privacy, and safety email: social@edyouapp.com.
Copyright notices must be sent to the Copyright Agent identified in Section 17. EDYOU is not an emergency-response service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact 911 or the appropriate emergency authority.
3.Eligibility and Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old, able to form a binding contract, actively enrolled at an approved United States college, university, community college, or other approved postsecondary institution when you create your account, and lawfully entitled to use the college-issued .edu email address used for verification.
EDYOU does not collect or store your exact date of birth in Phase 1. During registration, you must affirmatively confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are currently enrolled at an eligible institution. EDYOU uses Apple’s privacy-preserving Declared Age Range capability to request an age range rather than an exact birthdate. If the age information available to EDYOU indicates that you are under 18, you may not create or maintain an EDYOU account.
EDYOU does not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to create or maintain an account. If we learn that an account belongs to a person under 18, we may suspend or delete the account and associated information, subject to lawful safety, evidence-preservation, and record-retention requirements.
A user who later graduates may be permitted to retain an account and may be identified as an alumnus, graduate, or former student. EDYOU may investigate suspected fraud, impersonation, unauthorized use of a college email address, or misrepresentation of age, identity, school, or enrollment.
4.Accounts, Verification, and Security
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information. EDYOU verifies college affiliation through the college-issued .edu email address associated with the account and EDYOU’s approved school-domain verification process.
Verification confirms only that EDYOU applied its verification process. It is not a background check and does not guarantee another user’s identity, current enrollment, intentions, honesty, safety, or fitness.
You may not impersonate another person, create a deceptive identity, share or sell an account, create duplicate accounts to manipulate activity, use another person’s credentials, or access the Service after EDYOU has prohibited you from doing so.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and verification codes and for promptly notifying EDYOU if you suspect unauthorized account access.
5.Phase 1 Service
EDYOU Phase 1 is a verified college-student social platform. The Service includes verified student profiles, user discovery, following, image posts, short-form video posts known as UClips, feeds, likes, comments, saves, shares, leaderboards, referrals, notifications, reporting, blocking, and related social features shown in the released application.
EDYOU Phase 1 does not include paid marketplace or transactional functionality.
6.Limited License to Use EDYOU
Subject to these Terms, EDYOU grants you a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and nonsublicensable license to download and use the Service for lawful personal use on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to applicable Apple usage rules.
This license does not transfer ownership of the Service, software, source code, databases, designs, trademarks, or other EDYOU materials. Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass the security of, or create derivative works from the Service.
7.Privacy and Device Permissions
The EDYOU Privacy Policy explains what personal information EDYOU and its service providers collect, how it is used and disclosed, how it is retained and deleted, and the choices available to users.
EDYOU may request access to the camera when you choose to take a profile photograph, create an image post, or record a UClip; the microphone when you record audio with a UClip; the photo library when you select media to share; and notifications when you choose to enable push notifications. Declining an optional permission will not prevent use of unrelated features.
Phase 1 does not request device location, contacts, calendar, Bluetooth, health, motion, or fitness permissions, and does not access IDFA or track users across other companies’ apps or websites.
No electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure. EDYOU uses reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, or misuse will never occur.
8.User Content Ownership and License
“User Content” means information or content you submit, upload, create, display, or make available through EDYOU, including profile information, profile photographs, image posts, UClips, captions, comments, and other material supported by the Service.
As between you and EDYOU, you retain ownership of your original User Content, subject to third-party rights and the license granted below. Uploading User Content does not transfer ownership of that content to EDYOU.
You grant EDYOU a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense to service providers as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, to host, store, reproduce, transcode, compress, format, technically modify, display, perform, distribute, moderate, restrict, preserve, and make User Content available through EDYOU in accordance with the Service’s features and your settings.
For content you make available to other users, you permit those users to view and interact with that content through available EDYOU features. EDYOU will not use an identifiable student’s ordinary User Content in external advertising that implies endorsement without separate permission.
The license granted to EDYOU for User Content ends when that User Content is permanently deleted from EDYOU’s active systems, except to the limited extent EDYOU must retain a copy for a specific legal obligation, safety matter, evidence-preservation requirement, dispute, or active legal hold.
9.Content Rights, Releases, Music, and Accuracy
You represent that you own or have the rights, permissions, licenses, releases, and consents necessary to submit your User Content and permit the uses described in these Terms.
You are responsible for respecting copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, and other rights and for obtaining appropriate permission from recognizable people shown or heard in content where required.
You may include music, sound recordings, voice, or other audio only when you created it or are legally authorized to use it on EDYOU. Access to music through a consumer streaming subscription or another platform does not by itself authorize use on EDYOU.
You may not knowingly submit materially false or misleading information or another person’s confidential, educational, medical, financial, or identifying records without lawful authority.
10.Visibility, Sharing, Expiration, and Deletion of Content
User Content is distributed within EDYOU according to the audience and privacy controls available in the Service. Users may choose an available content lifespan, including 24 hours, 7 days, or permanent until deleted.
For content designated to expire after 24 hours or 7 days, expiration means EDYOU removes the content from active display and deletes the active database record and associated media from active storage as part of the expiration process, subject only to a specific legal hold or required preservation obligation.
If you manually delete User Content, EDYOU removes it from active display and deletes the active copy from its active database and media storage as soon as technically practical, subject only to narrowly applicable legal, safety, security, moderation, evidence-preservation, or legal-hold requirements described in the Privacy Policy.
Content designated as permanent remains available until you delete it, your account is deleted, EDYOU removes it under these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or another lawful basis requires removal.
Other users may capture, save, quote, or share content, and EDYOU cannot control screenshots, recordings, downloads, or redistributions made by another user or third party. Temporary technical copies may remain for a limited period in caches or rolling backups as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.Community Standards and Prohibited Content
You may not submit, promote, solicit, or facilitate content or conduct involving any of the following:
- Pornography, nudity, sexually explicit material, sexual solicitation, sexual services, or content intended primarily for sexual gratification.
- Sexual exploitation, grooming, trafficking, nonconsensual intimate imagery, or sexual content involving a minor.
- Credible threats, incitement of violence, instructions for serious wrongdoing, or dangerous activity creating a material safety risk.
- Bullying, harassment, stalking, intimidation, hazing, coercion, or targeted abuse.
- Hate speech or unlawful discrimination based on a legally protected characteristic.
- Doxxing or unauthorized disclosure of private, confidential, financial, educational, medical, or identifying information.
- Content encouraging or instructing self-harm or suicide in a manner creating a material safety risk.
- Impersonation, identity fraud, deceptive accounts, false affiliation, scams, phishing, or deceptive promotions.
- Illegal drugs, unlawful controlled substances, unlawful weapons or explosives, stolen or counterfeit goods, or other unlawful goods or services.
- Spam, bots, fake followers, fake engagement, manipulation of rankings or referrals, or coordinated inauthentic activity.
- Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights violations.
- Academic cheating, fraudulent credentials, malware, harmful code, or attempts to compromise an account, device, or network.
- Other content or conduct that violates applicable law, these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or creates a material safety or security risk.
EDYOU does not permit anonymous accounts, random-stranger matching, Chatroulette-style communication, pornography or NSFW sections, attractiveness voting, or appearance-based rankings.
12.Prohibited Conduct and Technical Abuse
You may not:
- Hack, probe, scan, test, or attempt unauthorized access to EDYOU systems or another account.
- Introduce malware, viruses, harmful code, or an unreasonable burden on the Service.
- Bypass authentication, college verification, content moderation, reporting, blocking, rate limits, security controls, or account restrictions.
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, index, or automatically collect student information, profiles, User Content, or analytics.
- Use bots, scripts, automated accounts, or multiple accounts to manipulate feeds, engagement, leaderboards, referrals, or reports.
- Sell, transfer, rent, or share an account or use another person’s college email, password, or verification code.
- Send spam, conduct unauthorized mass commercial solicitation, or retaliate against a person for making a good-faith report.
EDYOU may immediately restrict access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, or a security threat.
13.Reporting, Blocking, Moderation, and Appeals
EDYOU provides in-app tools for reporting prohibited User Content and user accounts. Users may also contact social@edyouapp.com regarding safety concerns or when in-app reporting tools are unavailable.
EDYOU provides functionality allowing users to block abusive users. Blocking is intended to prevent blocked users from viewing profiles or content and from following or interacting through supported features.
EDYOU uses automated content-safety screening and human review to identify and respond to content or conduct that violates these Terms or the Community Guidelines. EDYOU may remove or restrict content, reduce visibility, warn a user, reverse manipulated activity, disable a feature, suspend or permanently terminate an account, preserve evidence, or refer an appropriate matter to authorities.
Threats, sexual exploitation, nonconsensual intimate imagery, suspected underage accounts, self-harm concerns, and imminent safety risks may receive priority review. A user who believes content or an account was restricted in error may request review by emailing social@edyouapp.com.
EDYOU is not an emergency-response service. If someone faces an immediate threat, contact emergency services.
14.Leaderboards and Referrals
EDYOU may display leaderboards, referral counts, participation indicators, or similar rankings based on disclosed or reasonably related activity. Rankings and referral credit may be delayed, corrected, reversed, or removed when affected by technical error, duplicate accounts, fake engagement, fraud, manipulation, or a violation of these Terms.
Leaderboard positions, referral counts, points, badges, or rankings have no cash value and do not guarantee a prize, payment, employment, or other compensation.
15.Notifications and Electronic Communications
EDYOU may send service communications necessary to verify your email, secure or administer your account, notify you about moderation or policy matters, confirm account deletion, or provide legal notices. Users may choose whether to enable optional push notifications through EDYOU and iOS settings.
EDYOU will not send marketing text messages unless the user separately provides the required information and legally sufficient consent. Electronic records, notices, and signatures may satisfy applicable writing and signature requirements to the extent permitted by law.
16.Third-Party Services and Links
EDYOU relies on third-party infrastructure and services, including Apple services and Amazon Web Services products used to provide authentication, email delivery, hosting, storage, content delivery, media processing, notifications, content-safety screening, logging, and related operations. Third-party terms and privacy practices may apply to those services.
EDYOU may contain links or sharing options that lead to outside websites, applications, or services. Unless EDYOU expressly states otherwise, EDYOU does not control those outside services and a link does not mean EDYOU endorses them.
17.Copyright Complaints, Counter-Notices, and Repeat Infringers
EDYOU respects intellectual-property rights and may remove or disable access to material alleged to infringe copyright. Copyright complaints under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act may be submitted to: Jonathan Bick, Copyright Agent, Brach Eichler LLC, 101 Eisenhower Parkway, Roseland, New Jersey 07068; telephone 973-228-5700; email copyrightagent@bracheichler.com.
A notice should contain the information required by 17 U.S.C. Section 512, including identification of the copyrighted work, identification and location of the material complained of, contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy and authority statement made under penalty of perjury, and a physical or electronic signature.
A user who genuinely believes material was removed through mistake or misidentification may submit a legally compliant counter-notice to the same Copyright Agent. EDYOU may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate users who repeatedly infringe copyright or repeatedly upload unauthorized protected material.
18.Nonconsensual Intimate Imagery and Urgent Removal Requests
EDYOU prohibits intimate images or videos shared without the depicted person’s consent, including qualifying digitally altered material and deepfakes.
A depicted person or authorized representative may submit an urgent removal request through EDYOU’s public safety/removal process or by emailing social@edyouapp.com with “URGENT TIDA REMOVAL REQUEST” in the subject line. The public removal process is accessible without an EDYOU account.
For qualifying requests covered by applicable law, EDYOU will remove qualifying content and make reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies within the legally required period, including within 48 hours where the TAKE IT DOWN Act applies.
EDYOU may preserve only records reasonably necessary for a specific legal, safety, fraud-prevention, enforcement, evidence-preservation, or legal-hold purpose and may suspend or terminate responsible accounts.
19.Accessibility
EDYOU endeavors to provide an accessible experience and to support commonly used assistive technologies where reasonably applicable. A user experiencing difficulty accessing or using EDYOU may contact social@edyouapp.com to request assistance.
EDYOU will make reasonable efforts to provide access or assistance consistent with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms represents that every version of EDYOU has completed a comprehensive accessibility audit.
20.EDYOU Intellectual Property
EDYOU and its licensors own the Service, software, source and object code, platform design, interfaces, databases, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other EDYOU materials, excluding User Content.
These Terms do not grant users a right to use EDYOU branding, trademarks, proprietary designs, or other intellectual property except as necessary for ordinary authorized use of the Service.
EDYOU is independent from colleges and universities unless an official relationship is expressly identified in writing. A user’s school affiliation or EDYOU’s identification of a school does not mean the school operates, sponsors, or endorses EDYOU. Users may not use school logos, mascots, or protected marks without appropriate authorization.
21.Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about EDYOU, you grant EDYOU a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use and implement that feedback without restriction or compensation. This does not transfer ownership of ordinary User Content or authorize use of your identity in advertising without separate permission.
22.Service Changes and Availability
EDYOU may correct errors, release security updates, redesign features, add or discontinue functionality, change eligibility or school coverage, or require users to operate a current app version. Material changes affecting legal rights or privacy will be handled as described below.
EDYOU does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, compatibility with every device or operating-system version, preservation of every item of User Content, or protection against every outage, cyberattack, or third-party failure. Users should keep their own copies of important User Content.
23.Account Deletion, Suspension, and Termination
EDYOU provides a method to initiate permanent account deletion from within the application without first requiring a telephone call or support email. The deletion process may require reauthentication and final confirmation.
After a valid account-deletion request, account access is disabled and EDYOU deletes or permanently de-identifies associated active personal information and User Content as soon as technically practical, generally within 30 days. This includes active profile data, posts, photos, UClips, comments, relationships, settings, push-notification tokens, and other information reasonably linked to the account, except for narrowly retained records permitted under the Privacy Policy.
Deleted content is removed from active database and media storage. Temporary copies may remain only within the short rolling backup lifecycle described in the Privacy Policy. EDYOU does not retain deleted User Content for years merely because it once existed on the Service.
EDYOU may retain limited records when specifically necessary for security, fraud prevention, safety investigations, disputes, enforcement, proof of legal-document acceptance, legal obligations, or an active legal hold. A legal hold applies only to the records specifically identified for preservation and ends when the hold is released.
EDYOU may warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate an account, remove or restrict content, disable features, or preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary because of a violation of these Terms or the Community Guidelines, underage use, fraud, misrepresentation, unauthorized access, safety risks, repeated substantiated reports, illegal activity, technical abuse, or legal requirements. Serious violations may result in immediate action.
24.Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE, USER CONTENT, VERIFICATION, LINKS, AND FEATURES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” EDYOU DISCLAIMS EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.
EDYOU DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE CONTINUOUS, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; THAT USER CONTENT OR ACCOUNTS ARE ACCURATE; THAT A VERIFIED USER REMAINS ENROLLED OR WILL BEHAVE APPROPRIATELY; OR THAT CONTENT WILL NEVER BE LOST, COPIED, OR REDISTRIBUTED.
EDYOU DOES NOT CONTROL OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANOTHER USER’S CONDUCT, OFFLINE INTERACTIONS, SCREENSHOTS, REDISTRIBUTION, OR OUTSIDE WEBSITES OR SERVICES. NOTHING IN THE SERVICE CONSTITUTES PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL, LEGAL, FINANCIAL, SAFETY, OR EMERGENCY ADVICE.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
25.Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EDYOU AND ITS AFFILIATES, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL; REPUTATIONAL HARM; OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANOTHER USER, USER CONTENT, AN OUTSIDE SERVICE, AN UNAUTHORIZED SCREENSHOT OR REDISTRIBUTION, OR AN EVENT OUTSIDE EDYOU’S REASONABLE CONTROL.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EDYOU’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO EDYOU FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These limitations do not exclude liability that applicable law does not permit EDYOU to exclude or limit.
26.Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EDYOU and its affiliates, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your User Content; infringement or misuse of another person’s rights; fraud, impersonation, unlawful activity, or technical abuse; or violation of these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law.
27.Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Class-Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES MOST DISPUTES TO BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND INCLUDES CLASS-ACTION AND JURY-TRIAL WAIVERS. YOU MAY OPT OUT WITHIN 30 DAYS.
Before beginning arbitration or filing most lawsuits, you and EDYOU agree to provide written notice describing the dispute and requested relief and to allow 30 days for good-faith informal resolution. Notices to EDYOU must be sent to social@edyouapp.com and EDYOU LLC, 399 West Neck Road, Lloyd Harbor, New York 11742.
Except for eligible small-claims matters, appropriate requests for emergency relief, and claims that applicable law does not permit to be arbitrated, disputes arising from these Terms, the Service, or the relationship between you and EDYOU will be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable consumer rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this arbitration agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, claims must be brought in an individual capacity and not through a class, collective, consolidated, representative, or private-attorney-general proceeding. For disputes heard in court, you and EDYOU waive trial by jury to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending a signed written notice within 30 days after first accepting these Terms. The notice must include your full name, EDYOU account email, mailing address, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect the remainder of these Terms.
28.Governing Law and Court Venue
These Terms and the Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without applying conflict-of-law principles that would require another jurisdiction’s law, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration agreement and nonwaivable consumer rights remain applicable.
For disputes that may properly be heard in court, you and EDYOU consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the appropriate state and federal courts serving Suffolk County, New York, unless applicable law requires another forum.
29.Changes to These Terms
EDYOU may update these Terms when reasonably necessary. The updated Terms will state a new effective date and version identifier. EDYOU will provide reasonable notice of material changes and will seek renewed affirmative acceptance when appropriate. Changes apply prospectively.
If you do not agree to materially updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.
30.Miscellaneous
These Terms and the policies incorporated into them constitute the agreement between you and EDYOU concerning the Service except where a separate written agreement expressly controls. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will remain effective. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver.
You may not assign or transfer your account or rights under these Terms without EDYOU’s written permission. EDYOU may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of substantially all relevant assets, or transfer to an affiliate.
Electronic records and signatures satisfy writing requirements to the extent permitted by applicable law. Provisions that logically should survive termination, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, indemnity, dispute-resolution, and miscellaneous provisions, will survive. You may not use the Service in violation of applicable export-control or sanctions laws.
31.Apple-Specific Terms
These Terms are between you and EDYOU, not Apple. EDYOU, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Service and its content.
Your license is limited to a nontransferable right to use EDYOU on Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the Service may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with the purchaser through Family Sharing or volume purchasing where Apple permits such use.
EDYOU, not Apple, is responsible for maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services for EDYOU.
EDYOU is responsible for applicable warranties to the extent they are not effectively disclaimed. If EDYOU fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund any purchase price paid for the app; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to EDYOU.
EDYOU, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to EDYOU or your possession or use of EDYOU, including product-liability claims, claims that EDYOU fails to conform to applicable legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer-protection, privacy, or similar laws.
If a third party claims that EDYOU or your authorized possession or use of EDYOU infringes intellectual-property rights, EDYOU, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
You represent that you are not located in a country or region subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a country supporting terrorism, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using EDYOU, including terms applicable to your device, Apple account, wireless-data service, and internet service.
Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Apple-specific provisions and, upon your acceptance of these Terms, may enforce these provisions against you as a third-party beneficiary.

32.Contact Information
Copyright notices must use the Copyright Agent information in Section 17. Nonconsensual-intimate-image requests should use EDYOU’s public removal process or the urgent email process described in Section 18. For immediate danger, contact emergency services.
